At St. Francis Xavier School, we firmly believe that education extends far beyond textbooks. It is the experiences, collaborations, and explorations outside the classroom that mould our students into confident, compassionate, and capable individuals. This vision was brought alive during our recent Online Club Presentations held on 21st, 28th June, and 5th July 2025, which I had the privilege of attending alongside our Headmistress, dedicated Club Co-ordinators, and our enthusiastic teaching staff.
Each presentation was not just a report but a story of hard work, creativity, and commitment that our students and teachers bring into our co-curricular culture.

Strengthening Our Co-Curricular Foundation
These presentations underscored the vibrant culture of active participation and holistic development that our clubs bring to our school community. They also highlighted areas where we can grow, such as regular and detailed documentation of club meetings, expanding external collaborations, addressing space and coordination challenges, and recognising student efforts through Certificates of Appreciation. Our teaching faculty will continue upskilling through the mandatory 50-hour CISCE training to enhance club facilitation and ensure our students receive the best guidance.
Looking Ahead
I am immensely proud of our students for their dedication and the leadership shown by our teachers and club co-ordinators. Together, we are building a school environment where every student has the opportunity to explore, lead, and excel beyond classrooms.
These club activities are not “extras” but essential to developing character, confidence, and competence in our children. They are the experiences that prepare them for the world, helping them discover their passions and values.
Let us continue this journey with renewed commitment, ensuring that St. Francis Xavier School remains a place where learning is joyful, holistic, and lifelong.
