Steps for Offline Admission

Please read the relevant Rules & Regulations available on the school’s website carefully before proceeding with the registration process.

Step 1: Visit the school to collect the Registration Form

Collect the Prospectus and Registration Form from the School Reception.

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment

Schedule an appointment for the Interaction and Aptitude Assessment with the designated school staff. Both the candidate & the parent must attend the interaction session.

Step 3: Attend the interaction session with the candidate.

Await the outcome of the interaction session and aptitude assessment.

Step 4: Complete the Admission Process

If admission is granted:

  • Collect the Admission Form from the School Office.
  • Fill in the Admission Form carefully.
  • Submit the completed form along with all the required documents to the School Office.
  • Complete the admission formalities as instructed by the school.

Following is a list of documents which will be required during admission procedures:

  • Birth Certificate (Municipality).
  • Aadhaar Card of student.
  • Aadhaar Card of both the parents.
  • Previous School Report Card / Rehearsal Test Result.
  • Previous Class Fees Book.
  • Previous Class ID Card.
  • Transfer Certificate of previous school attended (Original).
  • For Class XI Admission – Admit Card Of Class X Board Exam is required.
  • Local Address Proof (Aadhaar Card/ Rent Agreement/ Electricity Bill/ Voter Card).
  • Student’s recent passport size photograph (2 copies).
  • Father’s and Mother’s separate passport size photographs (1 copy each).

IMPORTANT POINTS

  1. Admission is granted on the basis of merit and on the best judgment of the authorities.
  2. Information deliberately suppressed, concealed or faked will lead to cancellation of admission.
  3. Registration Fee is non-refundable.
  4. All receipts/documents and deadlines mentioned by the school are to be preserved. Failure to comply with dates mentioned by the school office may lead to cancellation of admission.
  5. The decision of the Principal on admissions is final. No explanation will be provided in case admission is not granted.
  6. All Fees once paid is non-refundable.
  7. All admissions to Class XI are provisional pending confirmation from CISCE.
