August 28th, 2025
Rainy mornings usually make you want to curl up in bed, but on 24th July 2025, the School Hall at St. Francis Xavier School was buzzing with energy. Classes XI and XII had gathered, not for exams or assemblies, but for something far more exciting—a workshop that promised to tackle two things every teenager thinks about: exam stress and dreams of the future.
When Exam Fear Meets Real Talk
Enter Flt. Lt. (Retd) Nitin P.C. Agrawal—a man with a calm smile and a presence that immediately made the packed hall lean in a little closer. He didn’t dive into theories or dull advice; instead, he spoke like someone who knew what it meant to panic before an exam.
His tips were refreshingly simple: breathe, break your mountain-sized syllabus into small hills, and above all, trust your preparation. The way he put it, exam fear suddenly felt… manageable. You could almost see the sighs of relief across the hall.

From Classrooms to Cockpits
Just when we thought the session was winding down, he shifted gears—and the hall shifted with him. Nitin sir began sharing his journey in the Indian Air Force. Suddenly, they weren’t students stressing over test papers—they were imagining fighter jets, discipline, and the thrill of serving the nation.
It wasn’t just about uniforms and duty; it was about pride, adventure, and pushing yourself to heights you never thought possible. The students hung on to every word. Some even started picturing themselves in the cockpit instead of the classroom!
The Buzz That Followed
The Q&A was the best part. From “How do I stop panicking before an exam?” to “What does it take to join the Air Force?”—the questions poured in, and each answer was laced with honesty and inspiration.
By the end, the vibe in the hall had completely changed. Fear had been replaced with excitement, and stress had given way to possibility. It felt less like a school workshop and more like a wake-up call: exams are just stepping stones, not the destination.
Why This Day Won’t Be Forgotten
Looking back, that rainy morning wasn’t about lectures or tips. It was about something bigger—the courage to face fears and the curiosity to chase dreams.
For us at St. Francis Xavier School, 24th July 2025 wasn’t just another school day. It was the day the students learned that confidence can be built, fear can be tackled, and the sky—quite literally—has no limits.
Sometimes, the best lessons aren’t in the syllabus.
