Rules and Regulations

School timings will differ class wise. The table given on inside front cover page illustrates school timings.

The school shall remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays for the students in general. However, some students might be called to attend remedial classes beyond class hours or on Saturdays upon prior intimation. Extra working days and online classes will be added to compensate for strikes, rainy days or for other special purposes. Complete list of Holidays may be found in the School Planner.

Teachers

A parent may meet teachers only on the recommendation of the Principal/Vice-Principal/Headmistress. Teachers should not be contacted directly for appointments.

Note: Admission into the school premises is at the sole discretion of the school authorities. The school authorities, therefore reserve to themselves the right to refuse admission to anyone without assigning any reason whatsoever. In case of misbehaviour with school staff, the concerned parent / guardian will be asked to leave the school premises immediately.

Parents & Guardians are an essential part of the school. Their cooperation in running of the administration of the school and maintenance of discipline is most essential. As such parents must follow the below mentioned guidelines:

In particular, please note the following:

1. a) Provide adequate facilities for studies at home including facilities for online classes.

    b) Provide adequate books, stationery and uniform.

    c) Ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness.

    d) Ensure punctuality of children in school. 

    e) Maintain discipline in school.

2. Check the School diary and ensure that your ward gets it signed by the class teacher regularly. Use it as a means of communication, including leave requests. Please refer to the leave application format in the school diary. No notice shall be taken for leave application submitted over email. Also check the school website: www.stfxonline.com and the Quick School Parent App (iOS & Android) for regular updates & information.

3. For all matters concerning the progress of your ward you are welcome to meet the Secretary & Administrator, the Principal, the Vice-Principal, the Headmistress or the class/subject teacher during specified times.

4. Apply for leave in advance through a request in the school diary & hand in an application to the Class Teacher, Absence for more than 2 days to be justified through a medical certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner. 

5. Do not send your ward to the School if he / she is suffering from any illness / disease, especially communicable diseases.

6. Do not allow your ward to wear expensive watches, carry costly articles or carry cash more than Rs.100 to the School. They must not bring sharp or pointed instruments or any other articles which may cause physical injury.

7. Attendance at Parent-Teacher Meetings (Open House) is mandatory. If parents are unable to attend, a responsible family member may be deputed, provided they carry a formal authorization letter and photo ID. Please note that missing a PTM without prior approval for valid reasons will result in a fine. Habitual absence will be viewed as non-cooperation and will invite disciplinary action. 

8. Encourage your ward to participate in co-curricular activities even if it is beyond regular school hours. Co-curricular activities and school functions are important parts of the education process. Therefore, a student not attending school functions without prior permission may be penalized.

9. Meet teachers / school authorities whenever called upon without fail.

10. Respond to diary notes / correspondences made by teachers / school authorities and act accordingly.

11. Follow and abide by all notices /circulars.

12. Interact with all school staff with respect and in a dignified manner.

13. Pay school dues in time. In case of difficulties, meet the school authorities to work out alternate arrangements.

14. Refrain from allowing the child to be absent from school without prior permission.

15. While visiting the school premises, parents & guardians shall maintain decorum in dress. Entry may be denied in cases of attire considered inappropriate by school authorities.

Note: Misbehaviour / Non-cooperation with school staff may lead to expulsion from school.

  1. Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence, habitual late coming, disobedience or objectionable behaviour of any kind may result in the removal of the student from the school.
  2. Students must inculcate the habit of looking after their text books, exercise books and library books and keeping them in proper condition. Library books must be returned in time to avoid late fine.
  3. Students must not bring any gadgets like mobile phones, smart watches, camera, headphones etc. inside the school premises without the permission of the Principal / Headmistress. Only dumbphones / basic phones may be allowed in case the parents seek consent for the same through a written application or diary note. Regular checks will be carried out and the above mentioned gadgets found in the process shall be confiscated and kept for 30 days or more for the first time violation, 60 days or more for second time and 6 months or more for third time.
  4. All students are expected to respect every teacher whether of their own class or not. Be grateful towards those who have taught you in the past. Show the teachers those exterior signs of reverence to which they are entitled, such as, greeting them whenever you meet them. Students must also greet the non-teaching staff and visitors when they come across them.
  5. All the students must stand up when the teachers enter the class and again when they leave. If they delay in coming, students must not make any noise, but wait for them in their places in silence, reviewing a lesson or reading some good book. Students are not allowed to leave the classroom without the permission of the teachers.
  6. Students must not write on the green board (except when called upon to do so) or write offensive words to soil walls or maps or anything else belonging to the school.
  7. Any damage done to the school property must be made good by the pupil concerned. An additional fine will also be imposed. Minimum penalty is Rs.500/-.
  8. Parents and guardians are not allowed to meet their children or interview teachers during school hours.
  9. In case the school diary is lost, another one will be issued on additional payment at prevailing rates. An application has to be made to the Secretary & Administrator for the same. 
  10. All students must arrive in time to attend the assembly. The School gates shall close at the time of assembly and students who report thereafter shall not be allowed to enter the school premises. The school shall not take responsibility of the students who have been turned away at the school gates.
  11. Students will not be allowed to go home before the end of school hours unless there is a serious emergency. In case of any emergency either of the parents/guardians must come to escort the student. No student will be granted short leave after exams. In case of emergency on account of illness, the student is advised not to attend school in the first place. 
  12. Eating in the class room while the class is in session will be considered as a serious breach of discipline. Chewing gum within the school premises will not be permitted.
  13. Attendance: Students must maintain at least 75% attendance and regular punctuality to be eligible for promotion. Promotion to the next class will be withheld for those below this threshold, unless there are exceptional and justified reasons. The Principal shall have the final discretion in such matters. 
  14. Students are expected to refrain from getting involved in fights, beating fellow students and similar acts of indiscipline failing which appropriate disciplinary action will be taken. In case any student feels threatened or feels intimidated, he should approach the school authorities for necessary action.
  15. Use of any unfair means in tests and examinations may result in the annulment of the paper or annulment of the entire term. The students who receive and who render assistance are considered equally guilty and will face appropriate disciplinary action.
  16. Students are representatives of the school at all times. Any act of misconduct committed outside school premises while in uniform will be subject to disciplinary action by the school authorities.
  17. The Principal may, in the interest of the school, have a student’s name removed from the school rolls if, in the former’s opinion, the student has failed to abide by the discipline of the school and his/her continued presence is detrimental to the interest of the other students and/or the student fails to come up to the academic standard of his/her class when the detention of the boy/girl in the same class would make him/her too old for his/her class.
  18. No motor vehicles are to be brought to school in case a pupil doesn’t possess a valid driving licence or helmet. Violation will lead to confiscation of the vehicle and the matter will be referred to the police authorities.
  19. Students must always enter the school in school uniform, regardless of the fact that they may be called beyond school hours or on non-working days. When students practise for fests/competitions, they must wear the Sports or PT Uniform as instructed upon.
  20. Strict silence has to be observed by the students while they are in school or walking in or out of the classrooms.
  21. Students must compulsorily attend all school functions unless specifically exempted.
  22. Students must not be found loitering outside class without a pass / valid reason.
  23. Students must compulsorily communicate in English during their classes, P.T. activities, practice, rehearsal etc.
  24. Students must switch off all electrical appliances while the same are not in use. They must assist the House Keeping staff in keeping the school clean and tidy.
  25. Bullying and ragging is unacceptable in school as well as in the school bus. Violation of the above shall warrant strict disciplinary action.
  26. Students must wear the prescribed uniform at all times. The PT/Sports Uniform shall be worn only on days when PT/Sports periods are scheduled.
  27. Students shall be in the prescribed school uniform whenever present on campus, including on non-working days and for any purpose other than attending regular classes.
  1. Students will be fined for any willful or negligent damage to School property and equipment. Minimum fine Rs.500/-.
  2. No student will be allowed to handle any instrument /apparatus without the permission of teacher/laboratory assistants.
  3. Students are advised to be extra cautious while handling the instruments/apparatus / chemicals in the laboratories. Students who flout the rules and do not behave properly will not be allowed to enter the laboratories.
  4. Computer is a complex electronic gadget and it must not be handled as a plaything but with utmost care and caution. No external files must be downloaded or saved on the computer without the teacher’s permission.
  5. Any defect observed by the students in any machine must be immediately brought to the notice of the teacher concerned.
  6. Strict order and silence must be maintained while reading in the library. The instruction of the librarian must be followed.
  7. No books will be issued to the students during the vacations or during examinations nor will they retain while the school is closed for vacation.
  8. Students are advised to handle the books/previous year’s question papers borrowed carefully. Borrowers will have to replace the books if those are damaged/lost or have to pay the equivalent amount in lieu thereof. An amount of Rs.5/- per day (for books) and Rs.10/- per day (for question papers) will be charged for delay in submission of books/question papers taken from library. Maximum fine equivalent to the current cost of the book plus 30% more shall be charged.
  9. A student may be barred from attending practical classes if he/she is irregular for the theory classes at the discretion of the subject teacher. 
  10. It is mandatory for all Science students from IX-XII to possess a lab coat and use the same for Physics/Chemistry/Biology practical classes.
  1. All students must wear correct, complete and clean uniform with properly polished shoes and clean socks. Defaulters may be sent home or penalized. Parents are requested to ensure that the hair of their ward is free from lice and they should have a simple hair style. Hair should be cut regularly and girls must braid their hair or use hair bands or black garters.
  2. UNIFORM:
    Summer Uniform: Blue half-sleeved shirt and beige skirt / trouser.
    Winter Uniform: White full-sleeved shirt and grey skirt / trouser and blazer.
    P.T. Uniform: Collared House colour T shirt with grey tracks and white Keds for PT.
    Ceremonial Attire: Full sleeve blue shirt and beige colour trousers for special days as per instructions.
    Note: Only colour shades approved by the school are allowed.
  3. If the child comes to school without a proper haircut and without wearing the proper uniform, his/her parents/guardian may be asked to come to school to explain his/her conduct or a fine may be imposed.
  4. Each child must carry his/her handkerchief daily to school. Nails must be trimmed regularly and the child has to be made health and environment conscious. Regular checks at home by mothers will be of great help. No nail polish or Mehendi decorated palms or tattoos printed on their hands is allowed.

These must be completed and submitted on time. Project files will not be accepted after the due date. Students shall be marked absent in the concerned examinations if

the Project files are not submitted as per the schedule.

  1. Students will not be permitted to leave the school premises earlier than the time of dismissal. Pupils who do not use the school bus will be allowed to leave only with the parents/guardians/ authorised escort on production of the valid identity card. Further, entry rights into the school premises are reserved.
  2. Admission into the school premises is at the sole discretion of the school authorities. The school authorities, therefore reserve to themselves the right to refuse admission to anyone without assigning any reason whatsoever. Anyone who misbehaves with school staff or creates ruckus will be asked to leave the campus.
  3. Students and Parents / Guardians must remain aware that the entire school premises is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
  1. For promotion to the next higher class, minimum attendance of 75% is MANDATORY. This is as per rules of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE).
  2. In case a student is absent for one week or more without any intimation in writing, his/her name may be struck off the school rolls. No leave application shall be entertained through email/WhatsApp etc.
  3. Leave must be applied for in advance. Retrospective leave applications shall not be entertained.
  4. Leave for 1-2 days may be applied for through the school diary on the very day the child rejoins his/her classes by the parents and not by the student themselves. Leave beyond 2 days must be applied through a written application. A proper medical certificate (NOT THE PRESCRIPTION) should accompany medical leave application. In case a student rejoin classes without a leave request, he/she shall not be allowed to attend school and the child shall be sent back home for the day. His/Her rejoining will be considered only after the Parents meet the Class Teacher / concerned school authorities.
  5. In case student is suffering from medical issues, it shall be the duty of the parents to inform the school in writing about the absence of the child along with proper medical certificate.
  6. No latecomers shall be allowed entry into the school premises. School shall not be responsible for students who come late and as a result are not allowed into the school premises and sent back home.
  • Medical Check-up of all students is conducted by the registered medical practitioners on a regular basis and the reports are shared with the parents/guardian on the Open House days.
  • Students exposed to or afflicted by any infectious disease must complete their quarantine period before rejoining school. Their complete recovery should be certified by the doctor. Students need to adhere to the precautionary measures and guidelines issued by the concerned authorities regarding communicable diseases.
  • In case a child is injured in school premises, the school shall attempt to stabilize the child through first aid and shall also inform the parents. If it so appears that the injury is serious and the arrival of the parent cannot be awaited, the child shall be taken to the Emergency Room of one of the nearby hospitals. It shall be the responsibility of the parent to clear the hospital’s bills. Parents may later file an insurance claim which shall be facilitated by the school’s office.

School teachers are not permitted to take private tuitions of students of our own school except with the permission of the Principal. Approaching teachers with tuition requests without approval of the Principal would be considered as an act of gross indiscipline.

Any change in address, telephone number, or email ID must be notified to the School office in writing with supporting documentary proof immediately upon such change. Until such written intimation is received and acknowledged by the School, all communications sent by the School to the contact details available in its official records shall be deemed to have been duly served and received, and the School shall not be responsible for any consequence arising from failure to update such details.

The School canteen provides wholesome and hygienic food at reasonable rates to students opting to eat tiffin from school canteen.

No unauthorized gatherings or celebrations are permitted within the school premises or within its vicinity except with the permission of the Principal.

  1. Physical application for TC in prescribed format (available with Accounts Office) must be made in duplicate 30 days in advance of the next quarter’s fee due date else the next quarter fees will need to be paid in full. Parents must compulsorily retain one copy of the application for future reference after getting it duly received and stamped from the office. In case it is at the year end, TC needs to be applied on or before the last working day of the month of February or else the next year’s session charge and 1st quarter fee will be applicable. No verbal /SMS / email correspondence /intimations shall be entertained in the above matter. 
  2. Notwithstanding the above, the Management may, at its sole discretion and upon written application supported by satisfactory documentary proof, relax the notice requirements in cases of genuine hardship, including medical emergencies, sudden transfer of parents, or other unforeseen and compelling circumstances. Further, in cases where a student is not promoted to the next class and the parent/guardian elects to withdraw the student, the requirement of advance notice for the ensuing academic year may be waived, provided the application for Transfer Certificate is submitted within seven (7) days of declaration of results. The decision of the Management in all such cases shall be final and binding.
  3. Prevailing quarter’s fee and other applicable dues need to be cleared in all cases.
  4. For all fee related issues, the relevant due dates are 1st of April, 1st of July, 1st of October and 1st of January only regardless of the academic calendar.
  5. Academic Session is not to be confused with Financial Year. Although the dates of the academic session may vary every year, the Financial Year will always start on 1st of April and end on 31st of March.

For Classes I-III

  1. Minimum 75% attendance.
  2. A Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation System is used to evaluate every child allotting adequate weightage to classwork and homework.

For Classes IV-V

  1. Minimum 75% attendance.
  2. Pass Marks in examinations on a cumulative basis in each subject.

For Classes VI-X

  1. Minimum 75% attendance.
  2. Pass Marks in examinations on a cumulative basis in English and any four other marked subjects. 
  3. Those wishing to opt for the Science Stream in Class IX must have minimum score of 60% in Sciences and Mathematics separately in Class VIII final results.

For Classes XI-XII

  1. Minimum 75% attendance.
  2. Pass Marks in English / Modern English, SUPW and any four other subjects.

NOTE: 

  1. Student shall not be allowed to sit for any examination unless he/she fulfils the 75% attendance criteria, subject to just exceptions to be decided by the Principal whose decision shall be final. 
  2. The Principal has the sole discretion in the assignment of subjects to the pupils in classes IX and XI.
  1. Attendance criteria includes sick leaves. Note that perennially sick children are not eligible for promotion or to sit for the board examinations.
  2. Pass marks for classes IX-XII are as per the CISCE norms and 40% (cumulatively) for rest of the classes.
  3. Marked subjects are different from graded subjects. PT. Music, Karate etc. are graded subjects while English, Mathematics etc. are marked subjects.
  4. For details on examinations and their weightages, refer to Syllabus document available on the school website.
  5. A student who fails to secure promotion to the next higher class for two consecutive academic years in the same class shall be required to withdraw from the School, and a Transfer Certificate shall be issued accordingly.
  6. Students who are significantly over age for their class in accordance with standard age norms due to repeated academic non-progression, shall have to seek admission elsewhere in the larger academic and disciplinary interest of the school.  
  1. School’s email address is only for the purpose of school’s private use and no cognizance shall be taken of emails sent by parents / guardians unless those are in response to the school’s email itself.
  2. Parents / Guardians must correspond with the school only through the communication pages in the school diary or through written applications. Application must be in duplicate and its duly acknowledge copy must be retained for future reference.
  1. School fees are to be only paid through the ‘Quick School Parent App’. No Fees Book shall be issued. Fees may also be paid through the school portal (www.stfxonline.com). Payment of fees through cheque or UPI apps like GPAY etc. and online bank transfers directly to the school’s bank account is not allowed. A processing charge of Rs. 500/- shall be levied for any fee deposited directly into the School’s bank account, as such payments entail additional administrative time and reconciliation effort.
  2. Delay in payment of fee shall attract a fine of Rs.10/-per day on every fee head which should be paid while paying the fee.
  3. Only fee defaulters may clear their dues at the school counter through UPI/cash only.
  4. The school reserves the right to debar the students from attending classes / Examination and to strike off the name of a child whose fees payment is due for more than one quarter. Please ensure that you pay your dues in time to avoid yourself and your child any embarrassment.
  5. Re-admission of students is solely at the discretion of the school authorities. Re- admission fee shall be Rs.5,000/-. School Management reserves the right to take legal steps for recovery of dues.
  6. No reduction is made for absence of children during holidays or for broken periods.
  7. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Excess fees paid shall be adjusted with future dues.
  8. The school authorities retain the right to change the fee structure or fee rules without any prior notice.
  9. Parents & Guardians must pay fees ONLY through the specified methods. The bus and school management shall not take any responsibility for money handed over to school staff/Bus driver/Bus helpers/Bus supervisor or Manager/other staff.
  10. Every pupil regardless of his / her participation is expected to contribute from time to time, a reasonable amount towards school events, functions, excursions, school magazine, picnics and towards other social causes. These will be intimated from time to time.
  11. An increase in fee between 5 and 10 % is to be considered normal every year.
  12. Bank / Payment Gateway charges shall be applicable as per the policies of the said organisations.

  1. St. Francis Travels LLP is the authorised School Bus Operator and is solely responsible to parents/guardians for the operation, safety, and management of the School bus service. Parents are strongly advised to avail the authorised School transport facility to ensure safe, insured, and regulated conveyance of students. Unauthorised carpools or private transport arrangements, including those operated with unverified vehicles or drivers, are strictly discouraged and shall be undertaken entirely at the parent’s own risk. The School shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for students using any unauthorised transport arrangement.
  2. Bus Fee shall be payable on a quarterly basis and shall fall due on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October, and 1st January. The last date for payment shall be 15th April, 15th July, 15th October, and 15th January respectively. In case of delay beyond the due date, a late fee of Rs. 10/- per day shall be levied until the date of payment. 
  3. All fees shall be paid digitally through the Quick School App or via UPI ID: 8697429973@okbizaxis. Cash payments shall be accepted only at the School’s Accounts Office. In case of payment through UPI, parents must mention the student’s name, class, and section in the payment remarks and forward the transaction screenshot to 6290828900 to ensure accurate credit to the student’s account.
  4. In the event of non-payment of Bus Fee beyond fifteen (15) days from the due date, the School Bus service shall be suspended without further notice and shall be reinstated only upon full clearance of all outstanding dues.  
  5. Fees shall be paid strictly through the prescribed modes only. The School and Bus Management shall bear no responsibility for any cash or payment handed to unauthorised staff, drivers, helpers, supervisors, managers, or any other person contrary to these rules.
  6. Bus Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Excess fee shall be adjusted with future dues.
  7. Bus Fee is fixed on a quarterly basis, and no reduction or refund shall be made for absence of a student, holidays, partial periods, or non-utilisation of the service. On certain occasions, including but not limited to non-instructional days (such as Teachers’ Day, Children’s Day, Saraswati Puja, Vishwakarma Puja, Annual Prize Day, Biennial Concert or Sports Day), calendar holidays, ICSE/ISC examination days, remedial class days, operational constraints, partial working days, or unforeseen circumstances such as breakdowns, the Bus service may remain suspended, modified, or partially operated. Where feasible, such changes shall be notified in advance. The Bus Fee is determined taking these contingencies into account, and no refund or adjustment shall be admissible on this account. 
  8. CHANGE OF PICKUP/DROP LOCATION: Any request for change of pickup and/or drop location must be made by the parent/guardian through a written application at least fifteen (15) days prior to the proposed date of change. In case of a permanent change of address, the address must first be updated in the School records in accordance with the prescribed procedure, following which a separate application for change of Bus stop may be submitted. Approval of such change shall be subject to route feasibility and availability. Any change affecting the route shall attract the fee structure applicable to the revised route, and proportionate charges shall apply where the change takes effect mid-quarter.
  9. DISCONTINUATION OF BUS SERVICE: Physical written application for discontinuation of the Bus service must be made in duplicate one month in advance of the next quarter’s Bus Fee due date, failing which the next quarter’s Bus Fee shall be payable in full. In case of discontinuation at the end of the academic year, the application must be submitted on or before the last working day of February, failing which the first quarter Bus Fee of the ensuing academic session shall be applicable. Parents must compulsorily retain one copy of the application after obtaining a duly received and stamped acknowledgment from the Office for future reference. No verbal / SMS / email / WhatsApp correspondence or intimation shall be entertained in this matter. The Management may, at its sole discretion, relax the notice requirement in cases of genuine medical emergency, sudden transfer orders, or where the student is issued a Transfer Certificate due to non-progression to the next class, subject to satisfactory documentary proof.
  10. Parents/guardians shall not board or travel on the School Bus with their ward unless exceptional written permission has been obtained in advance from the Principal specifically for such boarding. No verbal or informal consent shall be valid. 
  11. Parents should not try to overtake and stop the school bus to facilitate the boarding of their wards as this endangers the safety of the bus and its occupants. These acts warrant strict disciplinary action.
  12. Students and accompanying parents/guardians availing the School Bus service must reach the designated pickup and/or drop point at least five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled time. Parents may track the live location of the bus through the authorised app. CCTV footage within the bus is maintained solely for safety and management review and shall not be accessible to parents. The bus shall not wait for late arrivals.
  13. Students shall remain seated while the Bus is in motion and shall not move about or extend any part of the body outside the vehicle. Any act of indiscipline or unsafe conduct may result in suspension of the Bus service for a limited period, without refund of fees. Any damage caused to the Bus shall be recovered from the student concerned, and in the event of non-payment, the amount shall be adjusted against the caution money deposit.
  14. Students travelling by school bus must refrain from causing damage to the interiors. They must keep the bus neat and clean and follow the instructions of bus staff.
  15. Fuel surcharge shall be applicable as per movement in diesel prices. The same will be notified from time to time if required.
  16. A student once enrolled for the Bus service shall be deemed to continue for subsequent classes and academic sessions unless the service is formally withdrawn through a physical written application in the prescribed manner (as stated above). Promotion to the next class or commencement of a new academic session shall not constitute automatic discontinuation or require fresh admission to the Bus service.
  17. Enrolment in and continued use of the School Bus service shall constitute deemed acceptance of the Bus Rules and Regulations as published in the School Diary, and shall be binding on the student and parent/guardian.

Caution Money shall be refundable upon submission of a written application. The last date for receipt of such application shall be 30th September following the financial year in which the student ceased to be on the rolls of the School and/or the Bus Service. Prior to refund, all outstanding dues payable to the School and/or the Bus Operator shall be adjusted, including fees, fines, charges for damage to School or Bus property, and any other authorised charges or contributions, including amounts payable to approved vendors, where applicable. The balance amount, if any, shall thereafter be refunded.

The school is very particular about the uniform and wearing incorrect uniform is considered as an act of indiscipline. Therefore, the students are to purchase the uniform from the designated school tailor located on the school campus who provides exact material, shades and designs for the school uniform. Any alteration made to the school uniform from unauthorised vendors will render it invalid.  

Students must order uniform well in advance to get timely delivery. Estimated time of delivery is between 4 – 5 week from the date of order.

It is and shall always be presumed that the parents/guardians are aware of all the policies, rules, regulations, notices, circulars etc. in force which are either printed in the school diary, fees book or disseminated through various online/offline official channels like the notice boards, school’s website, Class WhatsApp groups etc. The continuation of the student in the school is taken to be the final acceptance of the aforesaid policies, rules, regulations, notices, circulars etc. and the same shall not be made a matter of dispute.
